FAQ

Do you make custom straps? Possibly. If you see materials that you like but don't see a strap in the specific color/fabric combo you're dreaming of, drop us a line and we should be able to make it happen.

How long and wide are your straps, and can you make them longer/shorter? Our standard strap measures 2" wide is adjustable to about 55" long. If you need something longer because you're really tall or super punk rock, we can add length for $5-10 depending on the strap/materials. If you want it shorter there is no charge, either way just contact us in advance if you have questions or just let us know when ordering and we will get you squared away.

Can you mail out my strap today? Possibly. We hand make each strap so we usually need a couple business days to whip it up and get it ready to ship out. We try to get them on their way to you ASAP, and in some cases can get them out within a day or even same day. If you need something rushed email us at contact@denalistraps.com to let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen for you.

Why are some straps limited runs? We are always experimenting with new materials, and at times we find fabric that we really dig but might not be able to find again, so once they are gone they are gone. Plus, don't you think it's kind of cool to have a strap that is rare and unique like you? Yeah, we do too.

I don't like my strap, can I return it? Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, so if you are not happy with your strap you may return it within 30 days as long as it is in like new condition. We will exchange the strap or refund you the price of the strap minus shipping.

Why don't you guys use leather? It's just not our thing. We love making killer straps without anything having to actually be killed in the process (other than the occasional brewski).

Why are you named Denali Strap Co. but are based in Arizona? Isn't Denali a gigantic mountain in Alaska or something? We really love the Arizona desert we reside in, but the idea of making killer no kill guitar straps came to us while on a camping trip in Alaska, so to pay homage to our inception we chose Denali. And yes, it is a gigantic mountain in Alaska, the most gigantic in North America to be exact, so who wouldn't want to be named after something so cool?
